About Jo
I am a devotee of the spiritual path in all its varying facets and a seeker of peace, joy and healing. After a 7 year break from healing work, I felt called to return to the space in 2024. Newly renewed and inspired to explore my self expression and creativity through healing arts and leading yoga journeys.
Yoga has offered much of what I have sought yet there is much that I have found elsewhere on my spiritual travels.
I seek to teach I that there is no one path that suits all people. We must all weave our own path, our own spiritual and well-being journeys. We must each individually choose what works for us and what doesn’t, what brings us the most contentment and satisfaction.
To experience this, many of need to learn how to effectively intertwine the traditional religious and spiritual practices of our families, parents and grandparents, with our own experiences and beliefs.
Our most important intention as human beings, yogis and travellers on the spiritual path should be to keep moving. Keep exploring the edge of our comfort. Keep growing as people, keep doing the work on ourselves and always and forever, striving to be the best version of ourselves that we can be.
